Reindeer Feeding and Sámi Culture

Located in a beautiful valley nestled between Norwegian mountains 50 minutes away from Tromsø city center, our camp will allow you to get to know our reindeer, feed them, pet them, and take wonderful pictures, then our amazing Sami guides will take you through centuries of indigenous history with a traditional taste of Bidos, a reindeer stew with potatoes and carrots in a brown gravy (vegan option available) and tales from their culture, from reindeer herding to courtship customs, old wives' tales and anecdotes from their families.
Be curious and ready to ask questions, they can’t wait to share with you!
